She is recognized as a leader by policymakers bringing change to gender disparity in toys.
Jodi is the founder of Dream Big Toy Company and creator of Go! Go! Sports Girls dolls, books and apps for girls that encourage healthy and active play over fashion and body image. The company was acquired by Jazwares, LLC. in October 2016.
